I’m blown away by the great experience we’ve had with Mobile Computer Services. In the past with a different IT provider, I had been through a new server being installed and we had a TON of downtime. I was concerned that with our most recent server install, we might have the same experience with MCS.
Wow, was I pleasantly surprised! The new server installation was completely the opposite of the previous bad experience. Our MCS technician installed the new server with very little down time. Our work schedule was considered without us having to request it. His follow up after the installation, to make sure everything was working properly, was VERY GOOD!
All of the representatives of MCS are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They are always accessible to answer questions and are here when we need them!
